I have many years of experience in the hospitality/service industry as well as in health care, so I know people and how to make them feel comfortable and at home in any circumstance. Why not parlay those skills and experience into a lucrative venture that combines it all? The company name comes from both my love of music and the idea of "turning tables" in the restaurant industry, which results in making money for both the house and the server.
